Founded in 2018 by two IIT Roorkee-graduate architects, Studio Design Vista was built around a simple idea: that every space begins with a brief, a challenge, and a solution that fits only that site.
We take on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across India. Our recent work spans luxury bungalows, hotels, salons, corporate offices, and rooftop restaurants. Each project is read carefully — its plot, its constraints, its family, its operational reality — before a single line is drawn. Vastu, ventilation, daylight, circulation, and budget are treated as part of the design, not afterthoughts.

We don't apply a house style. We read the plot, the family, the operational reality, and the constraints — Vastu, light, depth, budget, structural rigidity — and design the only solution that works for that site.
Both principal architects are IIT Roorkee graduates. The training shows up not in the finishes but in how a plan is structured, how a brief is read, and how a 1,200 sqft apartment is asked to do the work of a 2,000 sqft one.

A significant share of our work is concentrated in Gwalior — from the 25-year-old Shivahare Residence renovation to the Amritam Bungalow, the Heartfullness apartment, the Dazzling Makeup Studio interior, and the upcoming 7i World School corporate office. Working in Gwalior has taught us how to deliver sophisticated design within the pace and economics of a tier-2 city, without compromising the standard of execution.
Our practice has a strong footprint in the Krishna heritage region. The Vrindawali Home is a smartly planned 4-floor premium residence in Vrindavan. In Barsana, Shri Radha Kripa Kunj is one of our completed luxury bungalows, with two upcoming hotel developments of 6,500 and 7,000 sqft also in design.
Mathura is one of our active design markets. Projects here include Hotel Tanishka Inn, the Anugrah Nivas premium residence, the Ananda and Utsav homes, a 1,000 sqft Mega Mart retail interior, and a 2,500 sqft rooftop restaurant. The work spans residential, commercial, and hospitality — designed with the city's cultural and architectural context in mind.
